Coffee Blend - Kitchen Table Magick

The flavor profile of this blend is best described as the aftertaste of a peanut butter & jelly sandwich.

The blend consists of Ethiopian beans roasted just past first cracks, which brings jam and jelly flavors, and Colombian beans roasted just into second crack, which brings toasted bready flavors with a slight bitterness to balance the blend. 

Great for any brew method. It has body, and you may want to use less grounds than usual unless you like a strong cup. If you like your coffee with cream and sugar, consider using a paper-filtered brew method such as Drip or Pour Over

The beans come in a heat-sealed foil-lined valved 10oz bag. Bags of 1lb or more will be available in the future. Beans are roasted in small batches to keep fresh stock, because of this you will get beans that have been roasted with the utmost attention and care taken to accentuate their best flavors.
